The online store’s products are sold by Macasiini Oy, 0882305-2. We sell products to individuals and companies in Finland and Europe. Product prices include 10% value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

Ordering

Products are ordered via the internet at www.tuulalehtinen.fi via the shopping cart. Inquiries about custom work and ordering with your own special wishes can be sent directly by e-mail to tuula@tuulalehtinen.fi.

All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when ordering. The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.

Macasiini Oy reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order when there is a clear pricing error. A clear and visible typing error in the online store update is considered a pricing error, where, for example, the price of the product is 190.00 euros even though it should be 1900.00 euros.

Order confirmation

We send an order confirmation by e-mail, where you can see the content of your order.

Payment methods

Visma Payments Oy is a payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Visma Payments Oy appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Visma payments Oy is the business license of the payment institution. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

The delivery time of the order depends on the delivery method.

Delivery methods and prices

Each online store order, the delivery method is agreed on separately via e-mail. The products are unique works of art, so before agreeing on delivery, the need for insurance should be taken into account on a case-by-case basis. Picking up the products from Tampere is a free delivery method for the customer.

Change of terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

Macasiini Oy handles all customer data completely confidentially and undertakes not to disclose customer data to a third party.

Force Majeure

Macasiini Oy is released from the obligations contained in these terms and conditions in the event of force majeure. Such an event can be considered, for example, fire, hurricane, flood, sabotage, interruption of money and public transport, an accident causing great harm, measures taken by the authorities, enacted or amended law or labor market conflict.
